Booking/Appointment Policies: If your looking to have a design done, please make sure to add custom or freestyle nail design to your services to make sure there is enough time allowed to complete the desired design. I not offer hand painted character art, or designs over an hour long to keep my services affordable and running on time. Booking a fill or full set does NOT include any design time, this only includes a 1 color Gel Polish. Multiple colors are also available. Add custom design to your service for additional design time. Custom designs up to 30 minutes are more simple designs, accent nail designs. Custom designs 30-60 minutes is created for more time consuming designs. Custom design prices are based on the time it takes to create. 15 minutes=$15 & up, 30 min=$30 & up, 45 min=$45 & up, 60 min=$65 & up. Crystals and adtl products will be adtl. If you have chosen a specific design, please know it will not be the exact same as every nail artist has different techniques, products, and preferences, and turn your design into a custom design. After 10 minutes of being late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged the cancellation fee. No guests or children please. At this time I do not have seating area available for kids. If needed guests can wait in the lobby. If you are booking a for a fill, and you are a first time client, I do recommend removing your current set, and doing a new full set as my products will be different then the ema monomer used in most salon shops, and there's a chance the products will not bond well together and give you lifting/chipping. If you have major lifting or breaks within 3-5 days (avail. only if all the product on your nails was applied by myself) , please schedule a repair and I will fix no charge. If I did not apply the original set on your nails, I cannot promise the results. I do recommend getting your acrylic extensions filled every 2-3 week depending on your nail growth & length. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment date/time, or there is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows, and cancellations shorter then 24 hours.
